MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Welcome to the CAEE website!
California Association for Employment in Education (CAEE) is a
unique organization in California. As a consortium of university career
services personnel and school district personnel administrators, we provide the
link between the institutions that prepare teacher candidates and the districts
and schools that employ them.
As a CAEE member benefits include:
• Recruitment Fairs.
Substantial savings on registration fees to attend CAEE Northern and Southern
California Teacher Recruitment Fairs is a direct benefit for school district
members. Students from member colleges and universities receive free admission
to the job fairs. Evaluations from CAEE job fairs
consistently rate them as
outstanding.
• Outstanding First Year Teacher Award.
School district
members have an opportunity to recognize an outstanding new teacher from their
district for this award, which includes a monetary gift of $500.
• Professional Development.
CAEE’s one-day professional conferences bring together educational employment
professionals for valuable dialogue and learning. With the continuing changes in
educational employment and credentialing, it is especially beneficial for new
professionals, as well as our "seasoned" colleagues. Our next conference
will be at Point Loma Nazarene University on January 18, 2008.

educational employment organization with which CAEE maintains strong ties. This
affiliation provides resources critical to understanding the trends of current
educational employment across the nation.
CAEE is a volunteer organization which
relies on the participation of numerous educational employment professionals.
